Two common tasks a designer might want to perform are to open, view, and close a drawing. To open a drawing, a user first chooses the type of drawing they want to open from the application menu, such as «Design,» «Drafting,» «Civil Engineering,» and so on. Then the user selects the file they want to open and clicks the «Open» button in the application window. To view a drawing, the user selects the «View» option in the application menu and selects the desired drawing. To close the drawing, the user selects the «Close» option in the application menu.

Human oral epithelial cells (HNCE) are the most abundant cells in the oral mucosa, which has two main functions: (1) to cover and protect the underlying tissues and (2) to secrete substances that nourish the underlying tissues. This study has two purposes. The first one is to verify whether the human gingival keratinocyte-like HNCE cells are induced from normal HNCE cells, and the second is to investigate the molecular basis of cell-cell adhesion and migration of HNCE cells. Differentiated HNCE cells exhibited in vivo properties similar to those of human gingival keratinocytes, because both cells displayed a stratified squamous epithelial morphology, exhibited apical-basal polarity, expressed vimentin and beta1 integrin, and expressed moderate levels of involucrin. During cultivation, HNCE cells produced an extracellular matrix that seemed to be gelatin-rich. In addition, HNCE cells grew in a monolayer, and exhibited a junctional complex that was different from that of gingival keratinocytes. In addition, HNCE cells exhibited abundant desmosome-like junctions. By co-cultivation of HNCE cells with gingival keratinocytes, HNCE cells migrated along the basement membrane of gingival keratinocytes. Therefore, HNCE cells can be induced to differentiate into keratinocyte-like cells. In addition, HNCE cells express junctional molecules similar to those of human gingival keratinocytes. However, this cell line lacks co-expression of beta1 integrin and involucrin.
